Meeting Notes Mind Map Template

Discussions jump around; linear notes don’t. With a map you can drop a point onto the right agenda branch whenever it comes up, and the Decisions and Actions branches make the follow-up email almost write itself.

How to fill it in

  1. Meeting name and date in the centre.

  3. Capture points under the item they belong to, even if it comes up late.
  4. Fill Decisions and Actions (with an owner) before everyone leaves.
